Opinion on ozone-depleting substances in products |
The opinion on ozone-depleting substances in products is an official permit that allows the applicant to import ODS containing products into Russia.
The competent federal authorities issue this opinion, including the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Environment of the Russian Federation for providing to the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation.
Import and export of ODS containing products regulated by the Government Resolution №563 of the Russian Federation dated on May 8, 1996, "On regulation of import to the Russian Federation and export from the Russian Federation ozone-depleting substances and ODS containing products ". In addition, they regulated by the Government Resolution №526 of the Russian Federation dated on May 24, 1995, "On high priority measures aimed at the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer and The Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer".
The products that are subject to governmental regulation approved in "The list of ozone-depleting substances, import to the Russian Federation and export from the Russian Federation that are subject to governmental regulation" and "The list of products, import to the Russian Federation and export from the Russian Federation that are subject to governmental regulation if they contain ozone-depleting substances".

Opinion on alcohol concentration is an official opinion on the results of product testing for alcohol concentration in the product composition. Opinion given on alcohol concentration in the products or alcohol-free products.
The competent authorities may issue this document to a manufacturer of products, as well as to the contract (a business entity registered in the Russian Federation).
Product testing for alcohol concentration in medical drugs and hygiene products that manufactured on the basis of ethanol performed in accordance with the Federal Laws "On governmental regulation of production and sales ethyl alcohol and alcohol products" and "On sanitary and epidemiological safety of population" in order to ensure the safety and health of the population of the Russian Federation.
The need for product testing regulated by the Government Resolution №967 of the Russian Federation dated on August 27, 1999, "On production and sales alcohol concentration drugs, and alcohol perfume and cosmetic products".
