SVYAZ Certificate of Compliance, Exemption Letter and an approval from the State Commission on Radio Frequencies

SVYAZ Certificate of Compliance confirms that the equipment complies with the Technical Requirements established by the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of Russia.

This certificate confirms that the product passed testing for the safety and electromagnetic compatibility.

List of documents required for obtaining of the SVYAZ Certificate of Compliance:

• Sample for testing or report from the manufacturer in accordance with Directive EN 300 328

• Notarized record from Unified State Register of Legal Entities

• Notarized copy of the order on appointment of director

• Power of attorney from the applicant's company to our company that certified with the seal and signed by the CEO of applicant’s company

• Application that certified with the seal and signed by the CEO of applicant’s company

• Technical specifications and description that certified with the seal and signed by the CEO of applicant’s company

It takes from 10 up to 35 days to obtain the SVYAZ Certificate of Compliance

• Expert opinion on the products

Expert opinion on the products represents the expert evaluation of a particular product or its properties.

Expert appraising opinions of contract and/or market values are the most popular in the certification field, as well as confirmation of a year of manufacture (opinion about the secondhand products).

Only accredited authorities, certified appraisers and the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation may provide such expert opinions.

It is important to know the priority among expert opinions on the secondhand products given by KCSMC/OJSC VNIIS have the Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

The expert opinion covers the specific products (or several types of products), besides each product must be accurately identified (including model, brand, item number, year of manufacture, serial number, etc.). In most cases, the preparation of such opinions shall not exceed 5 working days.

• Quantity estimate, verification of completeness, packaging and labeling prepared for the shipment and other opinions
