Certificate/Declaration of Compliance with the Technical Regulations on fire safety |
The assessment procedure of product compliance with the Technical Regulations requires obtaining the following documents:
• Fire Safety Certificate is an official certificate of product compliance with the standards defined by the provisions of the Technical Regulations on Fire Safety Requirements, the Federal Law №123 dated on July 22, 2008 (effective May 1, 2009).
• Fire Safety Declaration filed by an applicant itself and it must be registered with the accredited product certification authorities.
Any business or private entity that registered in the Russian Federation and represents a foreign company that does sales transactions in Russia may file for the Fire Safety Declaration.
Please Note!
When the applicant registers the Fire Safety Declaration on construction substances and materials, there are some restrictions on their use. Namely, the over mentioned products must not be used in the following fields:
• Finishing work - when constructing the evacuation routes out of the building or the safety zone
• Fitting out the subways and railways with rolling stock
