Opinion of independent identification examination of the goods (technology) to identify dual-use items for export control purposes |
As a rule, the examination for export control purposes also known as a dual-purpose examination is required for export of products from the territory of the Russian Federation. This examination is required to confirm that the products not for use as a weapon, cryptographic equipment, as well as they do not contain the National Security Information. In some cases, the dual-purpose examination allowed for import of products.
List of documents required for the examination for export control purposes:
• Certificate to confirm the applicant reported in the Unified Public Register of Legal Entities (for business entities and individual entrepreneurs)
• Certificate to confirm the applicant registered with tax authority (for business entities and individual entrepreneurs)
• Full technical description of the product
• Delivery contract
• Invoice/data sheet to the contract
• Warranty letter from the applicant’s organization
(All documents must be sealed and signed by the CEO of the applicant’s organization)
